§2 What we collect
What you send us
The site has two forms. The pilot application collects your name, organization, work email, the capacity in which you are applying, and the sites or owners you need to reach. The contact form collects your name, organization, work email and your message.
We use this information to respond to your application or enquiry and, if you have asked about a pilot or licensing, to follow up on that discussion. We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed in §3.
§3 Service providers
Who processes it
- Hosting and forms. The site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to us by email.
- Nothing else on page load. Typefaces are served from this site; viewing a page sends no request to any other party.
- Visitor counts. We may use Netlify's web analytics, which counts page views and daily unique visitors from the hosting provider's own request logs. It runs no script in your browser and sets no cookies; it distinguishes visitors by IP address.
§4 Retention and your choices
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for up to six months after our last exchange with you, then delete them from our hosting provider's form storage and from our email, unless a pilot or licensing discussion is continuing or we are required to keep a record.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to Don@ENATIP.com. We will answer within one month. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
